Instructions

Instructions concern all the persons participating at the conference, including accompanying persons.

The organization of the conference will be done through this web site and e-mail communication. The first step is the registration. Your user name and password will be sent to you and you will be able to add data in your registration, upload your paper etc.

English.

Accommodation and Boarding

Accommodation and boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue. Participation at the conference (including boarding, refreshments and the social evening) will require payment of the fee.

Accommodation is included in conference fee and will be arranged at Hotel Ski

VISA Information

Participants are requested to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. The conference organizers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.

However, if you need a personal invitation letter to attend the conference, please contact us via e-mail bartlova@vut.cz as soon as possible. A signed, scanned invitation letter will then be sent to you via e-mail.
